Initiate Your Request
Log into your LKCJ account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing or covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
